To allow for a more relaxing work pace, we will only be making the stuffie(s) and the embroidered screen in this class, unless extra time allows.  The jar wrap you will complete at home.  Please know this when signing up.

TO BE FAIR TO ALL STUDENTS, PLEASE COME TO CLASS PREPARED WITH YOUR MATERIALS/SUPPLIES.  WE ARE NO LONGER LOANING POWER CORDS,THREAD STANDS, HOOPS, FEET OR OTHER SUPPLIES FOR CLASS.  IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED-YOU WILL NEED TO AUDIT THE CLASS.  WE CANNOT CATCH YOU UP FOR PARTS OF CLASS THAT YOU MISS WHILE TRYING TO GATHER SUPPLIES LAST MINUTE. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

SUPPLIES TO BRING: 
Machine, power cord, embroidery unit and embroidery foot
Several types of scissors like snipeze as well as your favorite scissors to cut foam and felt like a 4-6" scissor, applique scissor, etc.
Bobbins wound in Green, Medium Brown and Light burgundy if you desire the back to look like the front
Prewound L Style Bobbins with center pin if your machine needs it.
Eyelet cutter or OESD Perfect Punch tool
Fray Check
Stabilizers required: 12" or larger Roll of Wash Away Mesh, Wash Away Sticky back, (Wash Away Topping is optional, but required if time allows for third project).
Hoops Required: 5x7 (130mm x 180mm) ; If you want to do both stuffies in one hoop, also bring a 8x12 (200mm x 300mm) or larger frame if you have that capability (Be sure your stabilizer will fit).
2 Squares of Fusible woven 6" Square is optional but needed if time allows for last project.
Threads I used for store samples:  RA Rayon: Snow white 2297, Date 2290, Marine Gold 2596, Old Dark Texas Orange 2581, TH Burgundy 2608, Egyptian Brown 2576, Enchanted Sea 2535, Palmetto 2229, Variegated Madiera 1512 from Radiance Thread Drawer stack, but you can use any variegated if desired, such as Isacord Variegated which we carry in store in many colors.

 STABILIZERS and MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED In This Event. However, beverages and Snacks ARE provided.   
You must sign up in advance in time to have your kit ordered for your in-store experience , so please plan ahead.  We ask that you register no later than August 8th, 2025.

Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Machine Embroiderers of all levels welcome. Must have 5x7"" hoop or larger.
Requirements: To keep our costs down to you on events, we are asking that you please bring your own lunch. Several restaurants in the shopping center are wonderful with several choices to choose from, or simply bring a sack lunch of your own. We will provide water, coffee, hot tea and snacks.
