Sew Club 8/7/25 Mastering the 1/4" Seam
Want to learn more about sewing with your Sewing machine? This class is for you. We will explore all things sewing in this club-style class, but we are starting out this new series learning about all those feet that came with your machine. We will break down into several sessions each of the feet and even explore some optional feet as well.
Class REgistration opens July 1,2025 at 10am Online or at the Register.
This month's class: Precision sewing, mastering 1/4" seams, and other sewing basics like rotary cutting and more. This lesson will help you correct “mysterious mishaps” like why your strip-cuts end up shaped a little like a “v” and why your rotary cuts are bigger than you thought. You’ll understand the “true” ¼” seam and how to achieve it on your machine plus precision pivoting and sewing curves.
Have a specific issue you would like help with? Bring your own questions - we’ll discuss them in class and find ways to master the technique.
