Solaris ONLY Embroidery/Sewing Projection Features 11/8/24
Come learn about special embroidery and sewing projector features of the SOLARIS in this class. We will discuss the projector, digital camera features, and calibration of the camera. This class was formerly known as two separate classes: Solaris ONLY Sewing functions and Solaris ONLY Embroidery Functions. If you have taken these classes before, this is the same material covered in this class.
SUPPLIES TO BRING:
Your Solaris machine and embroidery unit, power cord NO foot control or thread stand needed as we won't actually be sewing.
Make sure that you bring the two tipped stylus that mounts on the side of the machine for this class
"J" foot for the machine--it is the one that comes on the machine when you purchase it
We will be concentrating mainly on the projector and laser features of the machine
Your Solaris inspiration guide if you have one. I really recommend it to get the most out of your wonderful machine!
Note-taking materials
Your 10.5" x 10.5 inch hoop
A white calibration sticker These come on a sheet that was with the "snowman" stickers. (We have them available if needed)
Bring a fat quarter or fabric that will fit in this hoop with about an inch to spare all the way around your hoop--no stabilizer is needed today. A plain fabric would be the best choice to see the images on your fabric.
We will not be sewing in this class. We will be going through the functions that make the Solaris so special!!!
