Solaris ONLY Upgrade 3 Edge 2 Edge 11/16/23
Come learn all about the new Edge to Edge function of the Solaris Vision, or Solaris models with the Upgrade 3 loaded.
SUPPLIES TO BRING:
-Solaris with embroidery unit, power cord and embroidery (W) foot
-272mmX408 mm hoop (10/5/8 " x 16'), largest hoop that came with your machine OR DIME magnetic hoop of the same size
We will be using a built in design from the machine
For Quilt sandwich: ( please have together before class)
-Two pieces of fabric 1 yard long by width of fabric, (42"-44") A solid light color is recommended. Back could be light print
-1 piece cotton batting, 36" x 44", such as warm and natural, for the center of sandwich
-sewing or quilting thread to match your fabric 1 spool
-Class 15 bobbin with matching top thread (No commercial pre-wound bobbins for this class)
-scissors to trim threads
- 4-8 Wonder clips to hold your sandwich together if needed as we move our hoop
-We will be using the directions from the Upgrade 3 guide, Edge-to-edge quilting, pages 12-17
