Kimberbell One Sweet Spring Event 2/2-2/3/23

Join us for this Kimberbell Certified Shop Event! One Sweet Spring 2 day event!!

Kimberbell Events are a blast for everyone involved. There’s something so uplifting about gathering with other machine embroidery enthusiasts, be it virtually or in-person, and working on the same projects at the same time. Your instructors walk you through every single step, teaching helpful tips along the way. And since the projects include a variety of techniques and products, events are a satisfying way for both new AND seasoned embroiderers to Experience the Joy of Creativity™ together.

Join us for Kimberbell's brand new two-day machine embroidery event ---It’s One Sweet Spring with Kimberbell! At our Collector Series Event, you will create several blocks for one 18 x 22” wall hanging, then complete your project at home with our shop's support. (Blocks require both 5×7 and 6×10 hoops.)   The Event Project Kit has everything you need to take your project across the finish line, including a Kimberbell specially-sized metal hanger.   NOTE!  To keep the cost of the event low, you will need to provide your own stabilizer and lunches for this event.  Snacks will be provided or you are welcome to bring a snack to share with the group.

WE WILL EMPHASIZE LEARNING HOW TO DO THE QUILTED SASHES and BORDERS IN THIS EVENT AS WE GET ASKED THIS QUESTION THE MOST.  THIS WILL BE OUR LESSON PART OF THE EVENT, IN ADDITION TO COMBINED DESIGNS IN THE HOOP IF YOUR MACHINE HAS THE CAPABILITY.  The rest of the event will be sewn at your own pace, with us there to help you as you work through the instructions yourself.  This is meant to be a project that will take further completion after the event has ended when you are at home.  Kimberbell also lists this event in this manner.  We will be available for you to ask us finishing questions when your are ready---whenever that may be.  We, of course, hope you finish as much in the event as you can, but sometimes things happen (like good chatting and laughing!)---and that is OKAY!  Our goal is to be sure you learned something about your machine at the event---that is our favorite part.  PLEASE KNOW ALL OF THESE THINGS WHEN REGISTERING!!!

The end result is an adorable wall hanging with reversible banner (SPRING/EASTER) and lots of learning along the way!
